Before paying

Ask for the whole cost

Get a written answer that covers the full offer.

No price from a U.S. drug maker for an approved Selank product was available to quote as of September 2026, and neither was a government price.

Ask what the price pays for

Ask for a written list of the charges and what each one pays for. Before comparing prices, ask whether each price includes the same services and medicine.

Separate the charges

Ask whether payment is for a visit, later contact with a doctor, a medicine, tests or delivery. Ask what the quoted amount covers and what brings an extra charge.

Then ask when the next charge would happen, whether the price changes after an opening offer, and how to end the arrangement. Keep the written terms before agreeing to them.

Check what happens after an assessment

Ask what the fee covers if the doctor decides against the requested product. Ask whether you can discuss other care within that visit, and whether another visit carries a separate charge.

Ask what each price includes. A price for medicine alone and a price for medicine plus visits need separate lists of charges before you compare them.

Ask what your insurer will pay

Ask your insurer whether it will pay for the exact visit or product being discussed. Ask what conditions apply and how much you would pay yourself. Get the answer before counting on insurance to lower your cost.

If you want to use a medical spending account, ask its administrator about that exact expense. Do not assume a Selank offer qualifies just because it appears on a health website.
